FRP composite material is a high-performance material formed by mixing fiber material and matrix material (resin) in a certain proportion. Lightweight and hard, non-conductive, has high mechanical strength, less recycling, and corrosion resistance.

 

FRP Rod is a dielectric Composite Strength Member (CSM), widely known as FRP rod. It is most suited for loose tube, uni-tube, slotted core or ribbon cable and is typically used as central or peripheral reinforcement in fiber optic cables.
 

FRP cable strengthening core is not sensitive to electric shock, can avoid lightning and strong electromagnetic interference, suitable for lightning, rain and other climate environment. Optical cables with FRP-reinforced cores can be installed close to the power line and power supply equipment without interference from the induced current produced by the power line or power supply unit.
 

Compared with the metal core, FRP and cable strengthening core will not produce gas due to the chemical reaction of metal and oil paste and affect the fiber transmission index, corrosion resistance, long service life, and FRP and cable strengthening core pull strength is high, lightweight, the proportion of about 1/4 of the steel wire, easy to lay angle steel.
