Products Description
Optical fiber connector heating and curing furnace is suitable for optical fiber connector manufacturers, used for heating and curing various optical fiber connectors. 100 ceramic ferrules or 50 integrated connectors can be cured simultaneously at one time; stable temperature control The thermostat has a self-tuning (PID) function, which can set the reference temperature freely, and the temperature control accuracy can reach 1 ; the heating time can be adjusted.
This equipment employs two sets of independent precise heating control systems to respectively control two heating boards which are able to simultaneously cure 24 ferrules (standard dimension is φ 2.5mm). This equipment features high production efficiency, stable and reliable quality. (Note: employs one set of precise heating control system and one heating board.) Different types of products can be cured using different heating tools.

Name and function of each part:
1. Heating tool
It is a dismountable fixture, which is used to install the ferrule to be cured, and is inserted into heating board to heat ferrule
to be cured.
2. Heating board
It is securely mounted on panel, and internal heating device is used to generate heating and cure ferrule.
3Fuse
Type of fuse is 2A/220V
4Temperature controller
It is used to control heating temperature of heating board, and temperature can be adjusted within 60~150 (it is prohibited to make temperature over 150, otherwise the equipment will be damaged).
5Power switch
It is used to turn on or off the power.
6Timing switch
Press this switch to start up time relay, and press twice continuously this switch to stop timer.
7Time relay
Adjusting parameters of time relay can shorten or prolong heating and curing time (now relay is working).
8 Heating-on indicator
When this indicator is on, the equipment is in heating status.
9Heating-off indicator
When this indicator is on, the equipment stops heating

Operation:

1.1 Check before startup

1Check whether component of equipment is complete
2Check whether screws and buttons on panel are loose or missing
3Check whether power line is properly connected

1.2 Setting of heating temperature and time

1.2.1 Setting of heating time
1. Remove the enclosure of temperature controller and time relay on panel
2. Adjust digital parameters to set required temperature and time.
3. Install the enclosure.

1.2.2 Setting of heating temperature
1. Press MODE button, the red number on panel representing temperature changes into as shown in left, and now change the green number under red number to set temperature.
