Product Description
The structure of the optical-electrical hybrid optical cable is to insert a 250μm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with a waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is an FRP or metal reinforcing core (some structures require a layer of PE cushion on the reinforcing member). Wires and loose tubes (and filler ropes) are stranded around a central reinforcing core to form a compact and circular cable core, and the gaps in the core are filled with water-blocking fillers. Double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded into a polyethylene or low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) sheath to form a cable.
