MTP conversion cable is designed to provide a more flexible multi-fiber cabling system based on MTP products. Unlike MTP harness cables, MTP conversion cables are terminated with MTP connectors on both ends and can provide more possibilities for the existing 8-fiber cabling system.
MTP-12 APC to 2 x MTP-4 APC conversion harness cable, whose MTP-12 connectors only use 8 active fibers to transmit light and 4 inactive fibers not connected and MTP-4 connectors use MTP-12 only 4 active fibers to transmit light and 8 inactive fibers not connected, designed for linking four upcoming 200G NVIDIA InfiniBand OSFP/QSFP56/QSFP112 transceivers to 800G NVIDIA InfiniBand twin-port OSFP transceiver transmission.
Compared to purchasing and installing separate conversion cassettes, using MTP conversion cables is more cost-effective and has lower loss.
Please note: The US Conec MTP connectors are fully compliant with the MPO standards, achieving higher performance levels when compared to generic MPO connectors

Q: Can 9/125 and 8.3/125 jumpers be used together? Is there a big difference between them?
A:8.3 and 9 refer to the fiber diameter of the fiber jumper, and 125 is the diameter of the jumper. The single-mode optical fiber provided by FS is 9/125, which is in line with international standards, and 8.3/125 is non-standard. If the two are used together, theoretically, there will be light leakage, and the loss will be relatively large, so it is not recommended to use them together.
Q: Do you have fiber optic cables with built-in attenuation?
A: The standard products on the official website do not have optical fibers with built-in attenuation. You can contact us to further communicate about the details of the product and provide you with customized services.
Q: Do you conduct reliability testing during production? What reliability testing items will be involved?
A: Hello, during the product development and production stages, reliability testing will be conducted based on the relevant standards of IEC61300-2. Reliability projects include temperature cycle, high temperature and humidity, plugging and unplugging durability, and mechanical impact, etc., to ensure that product reliability meets the requirements. If you need to know more, please contact us.
Q: Does this cable work in a 1G installation?
A: Yes, it will work in a 1G installation. It supports 1000BASELX, etc
