Product materials:
1. Use hot-dip galvanized sheets with a thickness greater than or equal to 1.5mm for the panels used to manufacture the exterior of the cabinet body. After the hot-dip galvanized sheets are welded, they must be sprayed with outdoor powder.
The cabinet with heat-dissipating temperature control device adopts hot-dip galvanized sheet as the plate, and the cabinet with refrigerating temperature control device adopts hot-dip galvanized sheet greater than or equal to 1.5mm plus 10mm insulation cotton as the plate.
The base of the cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm, and the surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing after welding.
2. The metal materials used in the cabinet should have the ability to resist corrosion and electrochemical reactions after or without surface treatment.
3. Non-metallic parts (including insulated wires, cables and foam materials) should be flame-retardant materials, and their flammability should be able to pass the flame-retardant test requirements.

Manufacturing process
Exterior
The coating surface should be continuous and uniform, and the texture should be consistent with the corresponding standard template, and there should be no nodules, shrinkage, blistering, pinholes, cracks, peeling, chalking, particles, sagging, bottoming, inclusions and other defects .
For cabinets without spray treatment, the gloss and texture of the outer surface should be uniform and beautiful.
Adhesion
After the adhesion test, the coating on the surface of the cabinet meets the requirements of level 1 in Table 1 of GB/T 9286-1998.
Impact resistance
After the impact resistance test, the coating on the surface of the cabinet has no defects such as radial cracks and nicks.
Anti-aging
The coating on the surface of the cabinet is anti-aging.
Solvent resistant
After the coating on the surface of the cabinet has been tested for solvent resistance, the surface should be visually inspected and there should be no signs of loss of gloss, obvious discoloration, or being wiped.
Composition of outdoor integrated cabinet
Equipment warehouse: The equipment warehouse is distributed on the right side of the cabinet, and is separated from the battery warehouse with a partition to facilitate the insulation of the equipment space.
Storage battery: used to install storage battery, the outer plate of the cabinet is pasted with insulation cotton to achieve the thermal insulation effect. The battery cabinet is also equipped with a sunshade to achieve the effect of sun protection and waterproofing. The cabinet is equipped with an exhaust device, which can release the hazardous gas produced by the battery.
Door and door lock: The cabinet door adopts built-in structure, and the gap between the door is tight. The door opening angle is >110°, the cabinet door has a limit structure, and the door limit device has a limit function when the door is in the "open" state.
The door lock adopts a three-point structure with a pull rod and a locking piece, and a padlock can be added. Firm structure, strong anti-theft. Each cabinet door is equipped with a door open alarm sensor to cooperate with environmental monitoring.
